Our suppliers ship products directly from the factory to you.

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 20 working days, depending on the destination country and the courier in charge.

Please note that if delays occur at customs or if the order is held by border authorities, this processing time is not included in the delivery timeframe, as it is beyond our control.

We carefully select suppliers who, in addition to offering competitive prices and high quality, also prioritise faster shipping times.

If the delivery timeframe has passed, we recommend contacting the courier responsible for your parcel. If you do not receive a response or if the order is not being handled by the local courier, please contact us immediately so we can check the situation directly with our suppliers.

If there is any logistical issue that prevents your order from being delivered, we will issue a full refund once the situation has been verified.

Your tracking number will be sent to your email within 5 to 10 working days after your order has been confirmed.
